This Privacy Policy explains how codebk collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your use of www.codebk.com and any related pages, downloads, and services (together, the "Site").
1. Overview
codebk operates www.codebk.com as a directory of downloadable digital assets. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible: the Site is a set of static pages, and browsing it does not require an account, a login, or a newsletter subscription.

2. Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us voluntarily
If you use our contact form, you may provide your name, your email address, a subject line, and the content of your message. We only ask for what we need in order to reply. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive data through the form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers and our content delivery providers keep standard technical log data. This may include your IP address, the user-agent string of your browser, the page or file you requested, the referring page, and a timestamp. This information is used to operate the service, keep it available, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic levels. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to messages you send us through the contact form;
- deliver pages, downloads, and other content to your browser;
- keep the Site secure, available, and reasonably fast;
- detect and stop spam, scraping, and other abusive traffic;
- measure aggregate usage so we can decide what to publish next.

If you would like us to delete a message you have sent, you can ask us using the contact form and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children
www.codebk.com is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers may store and process data in countries other than the one you live in. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards and on the lawful transfer mechanisms available to us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add or change a feature or a provider. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of www.codebk.com after an update means you accept the revised policy.
